Order
What types of payment does Nylora accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
How do I know you received my order?
An order confirmation email will be sent to the customer. A second email will be sent with tracking information once items have been shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to make any changes once submitted. For more information, contact our customer service (info@nylora.com) for assistance.
What sizes are available?
Find your fit by consulting the size details and chart on the product detail page
Do you sell gift cards?
Gift cards will not be available for purchase.
Shipping
How do you ship my items?
Domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx delivery within 1-3 business day(s).
Do I pay for the shipping?
Starting 9/1/2020, all US domestic orders over $150 will be shipped for free.
A shipping fee of $15 is added to domestic orders under $150 and all international orders outside of the US.
Any customs taxes and import duties will be billed directly to customers once the package reaches its destination country.
Do you have expedited shipping?
We currently do not offer expedited shipping. Please check back later.
When can I expect my order to arrive? Can I track my order?
Once order has shipped, you will receive a tracking information which you will be able to track your order.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. There will be a flat shipping fee of $15 for all international orders.
What is your international policy?
There will be a shipping fee for international shipping. When goods are shipped internationally, the customer may be subject to pay any duties or taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate.
Return/Exchange
How do I return an item?
We understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. We are happy to offer a refund on any full price item returned to us in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase. Please note, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Once we receive and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used on the original order.
For domestic returns, there will be a $10 shipping and handling fee. All international returns will be charged a $15 S&H fee. All shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
Can I return a sale item?
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchanges.
Items sold by third party retailers will not be accepted.

What is your exchange policy?
At this time, we do not offer exchange services. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us via email at info@nylora.com. We'll be happy to assist you with any inquiries you may have.
When will I see my account credited for my return?
Credits will generally take ~14 days upon receipt from customer.
Can I return items purchased with a gift card/promotional gift card?
Returns purchased with a gift card will are accepted for credit only. An email will be sent to the buyer's email with store credit after items are received.
